Walk the Crash is a walking tour led by historian and business journalist Magnús Sveinn Helgason that explores sites that played a role in Iceland’s 2008 financial crash. The tour has been named one of 10 best alternative city tours in Europe by the Guardian.

The tour, which lasts around 2 hours, explains what caused the crash, what happened to those responsible and tells of the ‘Búsáhaldabylting’ revolution (dubbed Pots and Pans revolution) which took place in the following months.
