Incredible video of freediving in a bikini in the icy water of Silfra fissure

A video of a woman freediving in the icy water of Silfra fissure in Þingvellir National Park has raised some eyebrows, both because it is captures the amazing beauty of Silfra, but also because shows extremely dangerous behaviour. The water in Silfra is only 2°C (35.6°F). Five people have died while snorkeling or diving in the fissure since 2010.

The video of Dutch freediver Kiki Bosch diving in the crystal clear water of Silfra was shot in April. The fissure had been closed to visitors in March, following the latest death of a diver, an American male in his sixties.
