Iceland's contribution to the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 was chosen on Saturday. The winning song is Unbroken, performed by María Ólafsdóttir, a 22 year-old singing and acting student.

Seven songs competed in front of a live audience on Saturday night. The runner-up was also composed by the same production team that is behind the winning song. The three young Icelanders, Sæþór Kristjánsson and brothers Ásgeir Orri Ásgeirsson and Pálm Ragnar Ásgeirsson, call themselves StopWaitGo and have produced several chart hits in recent years.

You can listen to both songs below, Unbroken performed by María Ólafsdóttir and runner-up Once Again sung by Friðrik Dór.

The Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Vienna this spring, May 19th 21st and 23rd.
