The drama tells the story of a single mother and call girl, a banker and a former writer turned drunk and whose lives intertwine in a surprising way.
This is Baldvin’s second feature film. His first, Jitters form 2010, received widespread critical acclaim.

Two Icelandic films have previously been nominated in the Oscar race: Children of Nature by Friðrik Þór Friðriksson in 1992; and The Last Farm, by Rúnar Rúnarsson, was nominated for Best Live Action Short Film in 2006.
